Pastoral visitors at BRMC
Pastoral Visitors aim to provide the pastoral care to a specified group of members or adherents.
They pray regularly for them and keep in contact by visiting, phoning or spending time with them elsewhere. They follow up if people have missed worship for some time, pass on any special thoughts to the minister, deliver or post newsletters, greetings cards, membership tickets or information as needed.
They can expect to offer support and encouragement in times of need. They take part in relevant training and safeguarding checks.
