Message from Revd Tongayi Matamba
This is a special time set aside for reflection, prayer, spiritual renewal.
Yes this is a chance to step away from the busyness of daily life and focus on your faith in a peaceful setting.
Activities will include silence, guided meditations, scripture readings, and personal contemplation, a small group discussions.
We are inviting people to connect more deeply with God and their inner thoughts.
We are encouraged to come and experience stillness, allowing space for spiritual insight and refreshment.
A little bit about myself, I was born and bred as Methodist because my parents were strong Methodist members. I have been a Methodist minister since 1998 when I was ordained into full connexion of the Methodist ministry. I am married to Rudo and we are blessed with two children. I am from Zimbabwe. I have worked in different parts of the country and that has given me exposure to various spheres of life both public and church life.
Since 2023, I have been serving in West Sussex, focusing on the Methodist Churches in Bognor Regis, Westergate, Felpham and Selsey.
